ShinyHQ, LLC (“ShinyHQ,” “we,” “us”) is an independent app studio based in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. This Privacy Policy applies to our company website at shinyhq.com and to general business communications with us.
It does not govern the data collected inside our individual apps — each app has its own product privacy policy (see below), which controls how that app handles your information.

3. What this website collects
Our website is intentionally minimal. You don’t need an account to browse shinyhq.com, and we don’t sell your data. The site may process:
- Standard server logs — your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
- Messages you send us — if you email support@shinyhq.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include, and use it only to respond.
- Fonts — the site loads typefaces from Google Fonts; your browser’s request to Google is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
We do not run advertising trackers, set advertising cookies, or build advertising profiles on shinyhq.com.

6. Data retention
We keep support emails for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business records. Server logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider and then rotated out.

You can contact us at support@shinyhq.com to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. For information you’ve entered inside one of our apps, please use that app’s in-app controls and the contact in its own privacy policy.
8. Children
Our website and apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
